Term 1 covers momentum and impulse, vertical projectile motion, and organic molecules, followed by a control test and remedial discussion.
Term 2 includes work, energy and power, the Doppler Effect, reaction rate and extent, chemical equilibrium, and acids and bases, ending with a June exam or control test.
The trial exam has two papers: Paper 1 includes mechanics, waves, electricity and magnetism, and matter & materials; Paper 2 includes chemical change and matter & materials, with Grade 10/11 supporting topics listed in the ATP.
